Avoid coffee before brushing your teeth in the morning!
Somebody has the habit of drinking coffee or tea in the bed before getting up in the morning. They are calling it as bed coffee. If you take it before brushing your teeth, that is a bad habit. You should avoid that habit, because after the sleep the over time bacteria in your mouth would go into your stomach with the drink, that leads to ill health.
Maintaining the oral hygiene is a must if you want to live a healthy life; because that is the gateway for all the foods and drinks you take for living. Also remember, that is the gateway for the bacteria which will lead to diseases.
So first thing you should do before you take after the sleep is brushing your teeth. That will prevent any possible tooth decay and cavities due to the bacteria. Also it will be better if you brush before going to bed in the night. That will also prevent bad breathe and give you fresh breathe always.
Keep your mouth clean is a good habit that will help you to prevent even the heart diseases also. So by maintaining oral hygiene you will maintain your teeth intact even in old age as well as maintaining good health.
