Check your BMI often to know your health status?
One of the reasons for the health challenge anybody is facing is lack of health conscious. We should have awareness about the calorie intake and the calorie spent on daily basis. If you spent lesser calorie than that of intake, that will result in gaining of excess weight which is one of the reasons for health disorder.
By checking the weight once or twice in a week will help you to know your BMI. BMI is short form for Body Mass Index and is calculated with a formula as shown here.

(Height x Height) in Meters
If the BMI result is from 20 to 25 you have normal weight. BMI above 25 is overweight and below 20 is underweight. By knowing your BMI, you can control the calorie intake accordingly.
As though it is not helping you directly to analyse your diseases, it will be helpful to prevent the possible health challenges that may happen because of overweight. So make it a habit to know your BMI regularly and protect yourself from the lifestyle diseases.
